Senior Customer Education Manager, Live Programs

📋 Description

• Own the live education program end-to-end by setting the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for
• Design and deliver engaging, live experiences including webinars, cohorts, in-person workshops, and
• Partner with the Deployment Services team to define, create, and deliver tailored training to
• Partner with the Customer Education team to plan and maintain a holistic training curriculum that
• Continually iterate on offerings to increase impact on onboarding, feature adoption, and automation

<\/ul>🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of training experience with 3–5 years in a SaaS or tech environment; professional services
• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and best practices for effective live training
• Proven content design skills with clear information hierarchy and a focus on driving customer
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex, technical concepts and AI product nuances.
• Strong executive presence to deliver to both large audiences and small groups, including
• Skilled at maintaining engagement across audiences and adapting in the moment.
• Superb program management skills, including stakeholder management, SME engagement, and end-to-end

• Base salary range: $140,600 - $167,900 for candidates within the Greater Chicago Area. Additional
