📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and demonstrate products and betting terminals.
• Support safer gambling practices and handle complaints empathetically.
• Work as part of the Shop team to achieve targets and maintain shop standards.
• Open or close the shop and manage a 17-hour weekly rota with varying shifts.
• Report to the Shop Manager and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Confident in person with customers; cash handling experience.
• Ability to manage transactions and assist customers with products.
