Event Production Manager

📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor
• Support Fever Originals in developing new events and implementing new production formats
• Create production timelines and ensure teams stay on schedule
• Assess and manage budgets of different scales with project managers
• Coordinate with internal teams to drive alignment and execution of deliverables
• Participate in marketing meetings to provide production perspective

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the live event production industry
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate all aspects of an event efficiently
• Innovative and solution-focused mindset to identify problems and create solutions
• Strong vendor/venue network and experience with permitting and insurance processes
• Technical production understanding and basic fabrication knowledge
• Curious, quick to learn, and willing to push boundaries
