📋 Description

• Lead Scaled Services across Fraud & Safety Investigations (FSI) building infrastructure, data
• Own three outcomes: scaled infrastructure, self-service velocity, and centralized quality
• Lead three teams: scaled implementation, data & internal tooling, and quality assurance &
• Drive end-to-end launch delivery, partner with Product/Engineering/Analytics, and enforce rigorous

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in operations/strategy/program management with people management and data-adjacent work.
• 5+ years managing managers with distributed teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional ops at the intersection of process, tooling, and data.
• Strong data/analytics understanding; governance of metrics and self-service data systems; ability
• Proven ability to set quality standards at scale and maintain impartial governance.
• Cross-functional influence to move partners onto roadmaps; clear communication to execs and

🎁 Benefits

• Pay Range: $192,000 — $235,000 USD; bonus/equity/benefits possible; travel credits may apply.
