CRM Manager (Spanish or Italian speakers)

📋 Description

• Launch, build and grow CRM across the EU markets from the ground up.
• Define customer communications across lifecycle to drive engagement and retention.
• Establish scalable processes and infrastructure for EU CRM.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, legal and marketing teams to ensure compliant
• Translate data insights into opportunities and optimise campaigns.
• Work with country and central stakeholders to align CRM activity with local priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish or Italian speaker.
• Hands-on CRM launcher with multi-channel experience (email, push, in-app).
• Experience with a CRM platform (Braze preferred).
• Fintech/Financial Services experience and regulatory awareness.
• Strong analytical skills; Looker experience is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
