Product Analyst

📋 Description

• Own Product Ops end to end: analytics instrumentation, in app guidance, knowledge base content, and
• Stand up and run product analytics tools across the platform, from initial rollout to ongoing
• Design our event taxonomy and tracking plan from scratch, then work with engineering on
• Join product usage data with CRM data to bring ARR and renewal context into every analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in product analytics, product ops, or product marketing
• Hands on experience with Pendo, Amplitude, or a comparable product analytics tool
• Experience designing event taxonomies and tracking plans, and partnering with engineering on data
• AI fluency, including using LLMs for synthesis, knowledge base drafting, and query writing
• Strong writing skills for knowledge base articles and in app content
• Comfortable pulling and interpreting usage data independently
