📋 Description

• Own ML projects end-to-end from exploration to production and monitoring.
• Design and build agentic LLM systems with tool calling and retrieval for clinical environments.
• Develop evaluation strategies: datasets, testing harnesses, LLM-as-judge pipelines with human
• Improve model performance via prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, and fine-tuning.
• Work across data prep, model adaptation, serving, and production feedback loops.

• Proven experience shipping production ML systems used by real users or customers.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based systems: prompting, retrieval, tool calling, agent
• Strong evaluation expertise with datasets, frameworks, testing methods, and noise discrimination.
• Foundations in ML to select approaches based on requirements, evidence, and trade-offs.
• Experience turning ambiguous problems into reliable production solutions.
• Strong software engineering: production-quality code, distributed systems, debugging ML pipelines.
