📋 Description

• Define and execute multi-year transportation strategy
• Design and optimize the carrier network
• Own transportation economics across parcel, LTL, FTL, air, ocean
• Build and retain a high-performing transportation org
• Lead strategic initiatives across Product, Revenue, Operations
• Negotiate contracts with carriers and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in senior transportation leadership
• 5+ years in high-volume logistics/3PL
• Experience across parcel pricing, invoicing, surcharges
• Experience with multiple carriers and modes
• Strong knowledge of zone skipping, sorting, cost-reduction
• Proven carrier contract negotiation success
