📋 Description

• Lead and supervise Lab Analysts and lab staff; prioritize shop floor presence.
• Oversee chemical analysis and release of raw materials, in-process, and final products per quality
• Manage laboratory resources and costs; ensure alignment with deadlines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biology.
• 2+ years of QC Lab experience.
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs, regulatory requirements, and analytical lab operations.
• Problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret lab data and implement corrective actions.
