Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and advisor for ServiceNow architectures and solutions.
• Drive international IT and enterprise service transformation via multi-modular ServiceNow
• Operate as trusted advisor, facilitate workshops, and communicate with C‑level stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery quality through architecture principles, QA, and best practices.
• Support solution design, demos, effort estimates, and RFP responses.
• Lead and mentor consultants, develop standards and reusable assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services; 5+ years focused on ServiceNow.
• Proven enterprise ServiceNow leadership over large, complex implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow ecosystem, platform architecture, data modeling, integrations.
• ServiceNow certifications: SN CIS Admin and at least one CIS (ITSM/ITOM).
• Strong JS, Glide API, REST/SOAP; ability to assess integrations.
• Process modeling/optimization; agile experience (Scrum/Kanban).
