Senior Programs Manager – Goma, RDC

📋 Description

• Lead and manage programs in RDC, ensuring end-to-end execution.
• Design operational models for new programs (targeting, payments, client service).
• Identify operational vulnerabilities (fraud, reputational risk) and implement mitigations.
• Oversee program data analysis to identify underperformance causes and drive continuous quality
• Collaborate with Tech and Data teams to design surveys and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
• Directly supervise one or more managers and field teams across multiple levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management and implementation, ideally with international NGOs or
• Experience working in RDC or strong knowledge of RDC context preferred.
• Team management experience including recruitment, building, and developing teams.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to use data to identify problems and improve programs.
• Experience using technology and digital tools to achieve results and drive operational innovation.
• High autonomy, resilience, and ability to operate in fragile, fast-changing environments.
