Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Operate as the right hand to an executive or department head.
• Own the operating machinery: processes, systems, data, and cadence.
• Lead initiatives to increase operational leverage across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 5+ years in operations, process improvement, or management consulting.
• Degree in industrial engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to write for a senior audience.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and at least one PM tool (ClickUp/Asana/Monday).
• Self-starter, resourceful, and able to build plans in unfamiliar settings.
• Willingness to complete a one-month training program before placement.
