Affiliate Manager (GCC)

📋 Description

• Own and execute player acquisition strategy in GCC markets
• Develop and optimize campaigns across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO
• Identify new channels and growth opportunities
• Build relationships with affiliates, media partners, publishers, influencers
• Monitor performance metrics: CPA, ROI, LTV, FTDs, revenue
• Manage budgets for maximum returns

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in acquisition, performance or growth marketing in iGaming
• Proven FTD growth across GCC
• Strong affiliate and paid acquisition knowledge
• Experience with CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid models
• Excellent analytics and data interpretation
• Commercial mindset with negotiation skills
