📋 Description

• Lead Memphis gas turbine power plant operations 24/7
• Own end-to-end electrical power delivery to Colossus data centers
• Direct cross-functional teams in operations and construction
• Drive operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee maintenance, commissioning, and capacity expansion
• Partner with investors, suppliers, and regulators to meet objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering
• 8+ years in power generation ops or plant management
• 5+ years in leadership of operators, technicians, and engineers
• Experience with gas turbine plants (simple/combined cycle)
• Strong knowledge of environmental permits and emissions controls
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and projects
