Principal Consultant - ServiceNow (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Lead Architect and advisor for scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Drive enterprise transformation of IT and enterprise processes
• Moderate workshops and communicate to C-Level stakeholders
• Ensure architecture quality with principles and QA practices
• Support pre-sales with design concepts and demos
• Lead and mentor consultants, develop reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in consulting/IT services; 5+ years ServiceNow focus
• Extensive experience with large, multi-modular ServiceNow projects
• Deep ServiceNow ecosystem knowledge: architecture, data models, integrations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator + CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM
• Strong JS, Glide API, REST/SOAP; experience in integrations
• Process modeling, agile methods (Scrum/Kanban); fluent German/English
