📋 Description
- Lead a multidisciplinary CDC support team within a large-scale public health program
- Serve as primary contractor interface with CDC COR and government stakeholders
- Develop and execute integrated work plans, schedules, staffing plans, and performance objectives
- Coordinate activities across public health program support, evaluation, planning, and training
- Manage staffing, resources, and surge requirements across concurrent projects
- Ensure deliverables meet government requirements and maintain quality
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business, management, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing complex programs
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams supporting federal/public health programs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder requirements
- Experience developing integrated work plans, schedules, risks, and performance measures
- Strong communication skills and ability to brief executives
