📋 Description

• Develop and execute long-term category sourcing strategies that optimize supplier selection
• Manage a diverse procurement portfolio representing ~ $180 million in spend, identifying

• Lead supplier performance management with regular business reviews and improvement plans with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; MBA desirable but not required.
• 7+ years in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or related.
• Strong category management with direct raw materials in complex industries (food/pharma/chemicals
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing and deliver measurable results.
• Experience collaborating with manufacturing, commercial, finance, technology, and R&D; ability
• Strategic mindset with business acumen and agility in ambiguous environments.
