Calling Stage Manager – VStar Entertainment Group

📋 Description

• Lead all activities within touring shows to ensure smooth performances.
• Supervise, coach, and lead all cast members daily.
• Call technical show cues before and during performances.
• Create prompt script with fly rail, deck cues, props, lighting, sound.
• Maintain show as produced; document changes for archival purposes.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and department heads.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in large-scale theatrical/arena show ops or touring family shows.
• High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent.
• Comfort solving problems in international environments; English fluent.
• Previous Stage Manager experience; aerial/circus experience preferred.
• Right to work in the United States; able to travel internationally; pass background check.
