📋 Description

• Review Certificates of Conformance, test reports, inspection reports, and supplier docs for
• Verify completeness and accuracy of incoming material docs
• Process material release transactions in SAP or ERP systems
• Create and maintain inspection history and electronic quality records
• Ensure complete traceability information
• Perform basic visual inspections and dimensional verification as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation discrepancies
• Ability to review technical documents, certifications, and manufacturing records
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn SAP, ERP, and electronic quality systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a high-volume environment
