📋 Description

• Lead medical education strategy from concept to execution.
• Roll out global/regional medical education content locally.
• Co-create high-quality training with faculty; translate to clinically relevant content.
• Manage education projects from concept to evaluation and improvement.
• Collaborate with AMI, marketing, medical, legal, compliance and external partners.
• Track activity planning, outcomes, and improvement recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Master or Bachelor’s in related field.
• Pharma/devices/training background preferred.
• Strong medical education planning and execution experience.
• Cross-functional, problem-solving, and stakeholder comms skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
• Scientific/clinical knowledge with strong communication; Japanese & English (TOEIC 800+).
