📋 Description
- Plan, organize, lead and control MIDDELBURG Laboratory operations.
- Support Area Manager: Glencore to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with SGS QHSE systems and client safety standards.
- Provide technical and sales support, and coordinate proposals.
- Maintain regular meetings and client satisfaction initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry (preferably).
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Minimum 3 years managerial/supervisory experience (coal environment preferred).
- Experience in coal sampling, preparation, analysis, and beneficiation.
- Budgets, cost control, data evaluation, and strong client liaison skills.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
