📋 Description

• Funnel engineering across the full customer journey from awareness to revenue
• Design, launch, and manage A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, website components, emails
• Optimize visitor-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversions with Sales/Marketing Ops
• Ensure brand voice and visuals align with global standards across experiments
• Translate complex tech capabilities into clear, human-centric copy for enterprise audiences
• Produce high-performing marketing assets with the Design team to maximize click-through and

🎯 Requirements

• Marketing, Communications or related field desirable
• 1-3 years in performance, growth or digital marketing, ideally B2B tech
• Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot), web analytics, heatmaps (Hotjar/Clarity), and CRM
• Strong data skills: segmentation, data manipulation, and turning behavior metrics into outcomes
