IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Optimise Lovable's IT stack: identity, devices, SaaS, networking, access reviews
• Build AI agents to resolve tier-1/2 IT requests automatically
• Replace runbooks with automated workflows and self-serve tooling
• Partner with Security and GRC for least-privilege defaults and auditability
• Configure integrations and templates to speed AI-enabled onboarding
• Set the bar for a modern AI-native IT function

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT engineering at a high-growth tech company
• Identity/MDM, SaaS lifecycle, zero-trust networking (Okta/Entra, Jamf/Intune/Kandji
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or Go; deploy automations as production systems
• Hands-on with AI agents and LLM tooling (Lovable, Claude, function-calling, copilots)
• Bias toward eliminating work; measure success by tickets avoided
• Bonus: dev portals or IT for fast-scaling org experience
