• Lead architectural design and implementation of large-scale IAM solutions for enterprise clients
• Serve as go-to expert for Okta platform, including Identity Governance, Inline Hooks, and complex
• Shape client IAM roadmaps with strategic guidance and leadership.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Lead client workshops to capture business needs and design IAM solutions.
• Present complex concepts effectively to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years IAM experience with deep Okta specialization
• Proven track record designing large-scale IAM for enterprise
• OAuth and OpenID Connect understanding
• Strong programming: Java, C#, JavaScript; building custom integrations
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance
• SCIM integration and using Okta for Identity Management
