• Strategic & Operational Leadership in Safety, Security, and Loss Prevention for the DC
• Guide DC team; plan, execute and follow-up on education and trainings in Safety, Security, and Loss
• Coordinate insurance processes and security services per standards and needs
• Measure and analyze KPIs to monitor Safety and security across DC locations
• Analyze shrinkage through inspections/investigations; report per guidelines and local laws
• Maintain incident records; support emergency procedures and ethics code implementation
