- Lead, develop, and manage teams of Zoox and contingent workforce personnel for test fleet and
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance using workflows and metrics.
- Oversee daily fleet operations: deployments, maintenance tracking, service coverage.
- Drive excellence by focusing on customer experience and partnering with product teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tech updates and service enhancements.
- Build relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years leading the business side of large-scale operations
- 3+ years managing large teams of FTEs and contingent labor
- Management of continuous safety standards and improvement initiatives
- Experience in change management processes and managing large data sets
- Ability to work on-site at market facilities
