- Lead portfolio of clinical studies; guide Project Managers
- Ensure studies meet GCP, ICH, regulatory standards
- Maintain client relationships; report program progress
- Oversee contracts, budgets, forecasting, and performance
- Track timelines, risks, KPIs; drive continuous improvement
- Provide therapeutic and operational SME guidance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in a relevant field; Master’s advantageous
- PMP or PRINCE2 desirable
- 15+ years industry experience; 5+ in CRO environment
- 10+ years clinical PM across full lifecycle
- Experience with multinational studies (10–15 countries)
- Dermatology or rheumatology expertise; strong GCP/regulatory knowledge
