Marketing Measurement Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with MSMs across the cMMM journey from kickoff to model release and action planning
• Translate cMMM results into planning and budgeting improvements
• Safeguard model integrity and update cadence; QA inputs/outputs
• Own escalation moments and technical re-engagement with data science when needed
• Deliver high-quality, on-time models and follow-ups to grow accounts
• Build playbooks and documentation to scale cMMM motions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years direct MMM experience and experience with incrementality testing
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role; strong ability to translate models to decisions
• Comfort in ambiguity and early-stage environments
• Buy-in to the Causal MMM vision and ability to articulate blockers
• Experience adjusting working style for client-owned teams and multiple customers
• Bonus: MMM value translation and scalable automation ideas
