Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Remote role; conduct in-person meetings with prospects/clients as needed
• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire homes
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience achieving/exceeding quotas through phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
