Senior Manager, Digital Experience

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Attain Healthtech’s marketing websites (mable.com.au
• Serve as the technical intake point for CMS changes; collaborate to scope, estimate, and prioritise
• Lead Web Squad sprints, manage planning, prioritisation and blockers to maintain velocity
• Manage stakeholder communication for updates; produce cutover plans and roadmaps
• Own Attain Healthtech’s headless CMS stack (Contentful, Cloudinary, AWS) and related digital
• Collaborate with wider technical teams to optimise marketing website integration with the tech stack

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, CX or related field
• 3-5 years’ CMS or digital platform end-to-end management, ideally with headless CMS (Contentful)
• Strong understanding of headless CMS architecture (Contentful, AWS, Cloudinary)
• Track record leading a product delivery squad’s day-to-day operations (sprint planning, backlog
• Exceptional stakeholder communication; able to translate technical scope for senior leadership
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics) and driving
