Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the Chariot platform, banking and DAF products, and scale the team of
• Build and maintain backend server applications powering product offerings.
• Shape architecture and design of APIs, backend systems, and applications; set team standards.
• Propose new initiatives and technologies to drive impact.
• Improve real-time and analytical monitoring and alerting to understand user behavior and iterate.
• Collaborate with founders, product managers, and other developers; drive delivery in Agile/Scrum.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience in one or more languages.
• 2+ years as a backend application developer building scalable systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Go, Node, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Postgres, REST APIs, and gRPC.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
