📋 Description

• Role within Strategy & Operations for data analytics and AI workflows.
• Build data pipelines, governance, and agentic workflows to enable self-serve insights.
• Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Product, Finance, and Engineering on data solutions.
• Develop root-cause analysis tools and automations to improve margins and quality.
• Balance manual data workflows with rapid prototyping of automated solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building technical data and automation solutions.
• Extensive SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with Google Sheets/Excel, Tableau, and Looker.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and workflow tools (Airtable, Zapier/n8n).
• Experience building agents/LLMs and training models for complex problems.
• Strong data governance and hygiene practices.
