📋 Description

• Remote role buying homes for House Buyers of America
• Follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs and close deals
• Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value
• Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during
• In-person meetings with prospects/clients on a regular basis

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Consistently top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Proven experience in achieving/exceeding quotas via phone sales
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
