Test Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple concurrent projects, delivery streams
• Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from test planning and scenario development through
• Define and maintain testing strategies, plans, goals, closure reports, and other key testing
• Manage and oversee SIT, UAT, and ORT activities, ensuring appropriate quality gates are achieved at
• Collaborate closely with QA Leads, engineers, project managers, business stakeholders, and
• Act as a testing Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance on testing methodology, risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and leading QA or testing teams on large-scale, end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience across the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), including SIT, UAT, and
• Previous hands-on experience as a QA Lead, Test Lead, or QA Engineer, with the ability to
• Strong experience coordinating multi-stream teams, external partners, and third-party vendors.
• Extensive practical knowledge of JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and test
• Experience with test automation and at least one recognised industry-standard automation framework.
