Test Manager

📋 Description

• Lead testing activities across multiple projects and partners.
• Own end-to-end testing lifecycle from planning to closure.
• Define testing strategies and artefacts; manage SIT, UAT, ORT.
• Collaborate with QA leads, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Act as testing SME; guide risk mgmt and test design.
• Balance hands-on QA with strategic testing leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Min 5 years leading QA/testing teams on large tech projects.
• Experience across STLC, SIT, UAT, ORT; hands-on QA background.
• Proficient with JIRA and Confluence; test management skills.
• Experience with test automation and at least one framework.
• Strong planning, data management, and quality reporting.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication.
