- Includes personnel, leasing, maintenance, market monitoring, finance, advertising, and resident
🎯 Requirements
- College degree preferred; 1–2 years property management experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing policies.
