📋 Description
- Manage OHS solutions across jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
- Act as internal point of contact for OHS questions.
- Identify, onboard, contract, and manage OHS vendors and providers.
- Own vendor relationships, monitor performance, provide feedback.
- Coordinate health assessments and safety training across countries.
- Lead internal country-level OHS audits for compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety; multi-country experience (Europe).
- Experience onboarding and managing vendors/external partners.
- Experience managing OHS across jurisdictions; support employees/providers.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong communication and collaboration with distributed teams.
