MAITE Planner

📋 Description

• Build, maintain and optimise a single integrated schedule for MAITE in Greece.
• Translate satellite demand into executable work for each department.
• Run daily/weekly planning cadence; surface risks and mitigations.
• Produce master schedule, capacity plans, and visual management boards.
• Integrate new product introduction and engineering changes without disrupting production.
• Schedule downtime to minimise cost and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years planning/production/operations in tech environments (aerospace/defense/etc.)
• Proven capability to build and own a master schedule across departments.
• ERP/MRP/MES experience; planning master data accuracy.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Strong English communication skills.
