📋 Description

• Join Transfers in Operations to own transfer cases end-to-end
• Help customers move ISA/JISA/GIA/SIPP accounts in/out of Freetrade
• Work with counterparties and teams to meet timelines
• Develop knowledge of ISA/SIPP transfer rules and CREST
• Leverage AI/tools to improve productivity and quality
• Support broader Operations with cross-training and改善
