📋 Description
- Evaluate delivery system and device solutions for AbbVie pipeline
- Work at intersection of early needs assessment, technology evaluation, and strategy
- Collaborate with CMC, Asset Teams, Commercial, and external partners
- Translate clinical and business needs into delivery system strategies
- Conduct feasibility planning and identify scalable platform opportunities
- Support RFPs, feasibility planning, and timeline development
🎯 Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Biomedical or related engineering
- Design control and combination product knowledge
- 12 yrs (BS), 8 yrs (MS/MBA) in product development with 3–8 yrs in medical devices
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to navigate fast-paced environments and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to travel 10–20%
