📋 Description

• Own design and delivery of mission-critical payments systems with high availability, low latency
• Define core payments architecture and platformization across currencies and regions.
• Build integrations to card networks, banks, APMs, and real-time rails.
• Champion reliability, observability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead regionalization for currency, localization, and regulatory needs.
• Mentor engineers and drive multi-quarter delivery with data-driven decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in CS; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years in software; 3+ in senior/lead roles.
• Advanced in Java, Go, or Python; strong testing discipline.
• Distributed systems and microservices expertise.
• Payments domain experience (auth/capture, settlement, reconciliations).
• Strong SQL/NoSQL and financial data modeling skills.
