Sr. Director, PBM Implementation and Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead successful execution and governance of client implementation activities across PSG’s portfolio.
• Serve as the senior operational leader for implementation delivery, ensuring projects meet client
• Translate strategy into scalable processes, delivery methodologies, and client engagement models.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Consulting, Operations, Analytics, and external partners.
• Drive operational excellence and client satisfaction in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in implementation, operations, consulting, or project leadership.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record leading large-scale healthcare/PBM implementations.
• Deep knowledge of PBM implementation methodologies and governance.
• Excellent executive communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience with resource planning, capacity management, and performance dashboards.
