📋 Description
- Lead project planning, milestones, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and objectives
- Coordinate medical affairs projects; prepare monthly reports, dashboards, presentations, and
- Serve as key liaison between internal teams, external partners, client stakeholders, and project
- Support resource allocation and budgeting; track financial updates with senior management.
- Identify risks, mitigate issues, and manage changes for smooth implementation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment with objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors in Business, Project Management, Life Sciences, or related; MD/PhD/Pharmacist or
- Experience in project coordination/management, medical affairs, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, resources, and priorities.
- Scientific knowledge, literature evaluation, and therapeutic-area expertise as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Project; experience with reporting and
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
