Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build reusable platform capabilities for LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, tool calling, and AI
• Develop scalable data and knowledge pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector search
• Build secure integrations between AI apps, enterprise data, and business systems via APIs, MCP
• Create reusable frameworks, libraries, services, SDKs, and developer tooling for efficient AI
• Establish standards for AI deployment, observability, evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle
• Translate ambiguous business needs into practical scalable technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, backend engineering, or similar with production
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience with production apps/services using LLMs and generative AI
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, or enterprise
• Solid data engineering fundamentals: pipelines, modeling, quality, secure data access
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms; tools like dbt, Airflow
