Director, Analyst Relations

📋 Description

• Lead the analyst relations strategy in a senior enterprise tech environment.
• Own outbound AR program, analyst tiering, engagement priorities, and measurable objectives.
• Manage strategic analyst relationships with high-touch briefings and targeted communications.
• Expand analyst reach with scalable programs for second-/third-tier analysts.
• Act as a credible spokesperson to analysts, communicating product tech, market, and differentiation.
• Lead participation in major industry evaluations (Gartner MQs, Forrester Waves, IDC) and briefings.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience: ≥8 years in communications, with ≥5 years in analyst relations in tech.
• AR expertise: proven ability to build, manage, and expand AR programs.
• Strategic leadership: develop AR strategy, prioritize engagements, and advise executives.
• Industry credibility and technical aptitude to translate complex tech into analyst insights.
• Executive communication: strong written/verbal skills for briefings and talking points.
• Stakeholder management and relationship building across cross-functional teams.
