📋 Description

• Act as a functional expert to collect, challenge and agree on business requirements for
• Translate requirements into functional specs and assess complexity for simplification
• Serve as product owner for business processes; liaise between business and IT
• Write and maintain best practice docs; train administrators and key users
• Provide level 2 support during deployment and level 3 during operations
• Audit tool use to ensure best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years analyzing, describing and challenging processes
• Knowledge of UML and diagram tools; wireframe tools
• Master’s degree in business, commerce or computer science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English; good communication skills
• Knowledge of SOA architectures
