Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Own technical direction and delivery roadmap for core platforms.
• Design AI-enabled agentic workflows for testing activities.
• Spend ~20-30% on production code and reviews.
• Modernize legacy systems and reduce debt.
• Establish engineering practices and SLIs/observability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering management experience in agile, remote environments.
• Hands-on with production code and systems.
• Contribute to codebase, reviews, and architectural decisions.
• Hands-on building of LLM-powered or agentic features in production.
• Strong TS, Node.js, AWS, and React skills; API design.
• GraphQL and Kafka familiarity is a plus.
