Senior AI Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build reusable platform capabilities for LLM apps, AI agents, RAG, tool calls, and AI
• Develop scalable data and knowledge pipelines: ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, vector search
• Build secure integrations between AI apps and enterprise data via APIs, MCP, tool calls.
• Create reusable frameworks, libraries, SDKs, and tooling for efficient AI app development.
• Set standards for AI deployment, observability, evaluation, monitoring, lifecycle management.
• Measure AI quality: accuracy, latency, reliability, security, cost.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data/platform/backend engineering with production systems experience.
• Strong Python and SQL.
• Hands-on with production apps/services using LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, tool/function calling, AI agents, enterprise
• Strong data engineering fundamentals: pipelines, modeling, quality, secure access.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks or comparable platforms; tools like dbt, Airflow.
