📋 Description
- Lead environmental strategy, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee environmental programs and integrate practices into operations, projects, and facilities.
- Report to SVP of EHS and drive strategic direction with measurable wins.
- Monitor regulations, trends, and industry practices; advise leadership on impacts and opportunities.
- Represent the organization with government agencies, communities, and external stakeholders.
- Lead due diligence, audits, training, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Public
- 10+ years in environmental management/sustainability/EHS with leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- Proven track record building and leading cross-functional teams; strategic and execution focus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with EMS, sustainability reporting, and data tools; strong budgeting skills.
