📋 Description

• Ensure safe workplace for employees, customers, and contractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Lead audits/compliance checks per Korean safety acts.
• Manage incidents with legal compliance and preventive actions.
• Deliver safety training across teams.
• Guide leaders on safety decisions and collaborate with HR/Facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience with Korean safety regulations.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Experience in risk assessment and corrective actions.
• Strong training, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Industrial Safety Engineer (산업안전기사) certification preferred.
